Ways to deal with stress from the expert.
1) Avoid unnecessary stress
Eg. Situations, people, topics that cause you to be or feel stressed.
2)Make time each day for yourself to do what you like:
Set aside time each day for you do enjoy yourself with whatever you like to do. Eg. Chess, running, watching TV, playing computer games, etc.
3) Be happy with what you can achieve:
Don’t aim for the impossible or perfection in everything you do, nothing is perfect. Just be satisfied with the job you can do in limited time and don’t give yourself enormous pressure over something that can’t be done or is not within your abilities.
