The Ten Commandments for Food





1.      Thou shall Eat Fruits and Vegetables every single day of your life

2.      Thou shall not over-eat/overstuff thyself

3.      Thou shall not eat fats of animals

4.      Thou shall always eat grains, rice and other wheats that are full of carbohydrates
5.      Thou shall at least consume 2L of water per day, more if exercising








6.      Thou shall eat fish, eggs, and lean meat only (sorry, no drumsticks)
7.      Thou shall consume a variety of dairy products

8.      Thou shall resist the temptation to have desert after every single meal

9.      Thou shall not pig out, EVER
10.  Thou shall exercise every single day
